As we scale, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can set up automation systems for lead generation, email marketing, and social media — ensuring we can reach the right audience at scale.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing automation workflows that drive leads and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn automation, email outreach platforms, Apollo.io, and social media scheduling tools. This is a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage automation workflows for lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Apollo.io.
  • Design and implement email marketing automation, including segmentation, drip campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Configure and optimize tools for social media posting automation (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and document an automation strategy for scalable outreach and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and growth teams to align messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing automation.
  • Proven expertise with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn automation platforms (e.g., Expandi, Sales Navigator-based workflows), HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp (or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, personalization, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Experience with social media automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations with marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
