• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a valid driving license and experience in operating a two-wheeler
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as per the company's requirements
