💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local retail shops, resellers, and small wholesalers daily
• Promote kharidlow.com product categories like fashion, accessories, and stationery
• Explain product benefits, offers, and wholesale prices
• Collect orders or generate qualified leads
• Maintain visit logs and report daily updates to the central team via phone or WhatsApp
• Build long-term relationships with retailers in the assigned territory

💸 Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₹16,000 per month (Fixed)
• Daily Allowance (DA): ₹100/day
• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2.5 per km (on actuals, submit daily log)
• Performance Incentives: Based on number of visits, leads, and shop conversions
• Mobile + Travel Reimbursements as per company policy

📋 Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass
• Age: 18–35 years
• Should know local areas of Shillong or surrounding districts
• Must own a smartphone and 2-wheeler (preferred)
• Language: Khasi/Garo/Hindi/English (basic)
• Honest, self-driven, and good communication skills
