About the Job

Paytm is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants and promoting Paytm's products such as QR codes, Soundbox, and POS devices. You will be the face of Paytm in the field and will play a critical role in increasing merchant adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit markets/shops daily and onboard merchants to Paytm's platform.
• Pitch and sell Paytm products (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines).
• Explain the features and benefits of Paytm's services.
• Assist merchants with the KYC and onboarding process.
• Ensure proper branding and merchandising at the merchant location.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10th/12th pass, graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct marketing (FMCG, telecom, fintech preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler (preferred but not always mandatory).
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
