We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our growing Real Estate firm in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting potential leads, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and present our company's offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- experience in a field sales or real estate sales role, preferably in the Hyderabad/Secunderabad market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle client queries and concerns.
- A keen understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and competitor landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
