About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. With your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a positive and professional impression.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the front desk, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist with documentation management, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Contribute to HR leadership initiatives, such as onboarding new employees and organizing team-building activities
  • Perform telecalling duties, such as following up with clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our services
  • Ensure the front office is well-organized and maintains a professional, welcoming atmosphere

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or front office administration
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
