About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Workday HR solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR-related processes, including absence management, compensation, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design Workday solutions to meet their HR needs
• Perform data conversions and integrations to seamlessly migrate data into the Workday platform
• Understand how HR processes interact with other Workday modules and ensure a cohesive system
• Provide configuration and implementation support for Workday HR modules, including Absence and Compensation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Workday projects
• Offer post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance of the Workday system

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, with a strong background in HR processes and fundamentals
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Workday HR modules, including Absence and Compensation
• Ability to understand and document business requirements, design solutions, and perform data conversions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Workday integration and reporting capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
