Role Overview

As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads platforms. This is a remote, contract role with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to drive campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop compelling ad copies and creatives in collaboration with our content/design team.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets effectively and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong track record of achieving campaign goals such as leads, conversions, or sales growth.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Google Ads certification(s).
• Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
