We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, catering to your work-life balance needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
• Address grievances, manage disciplinary actions, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate performance reviews, implement evaluation systems, and develop improvement plans.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, develop/update HR policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and managing employee compensation packages.
• Manage databases, maintain confidentiality, and generate reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in HR software, data analysis, and reporting
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
