Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining employee records and files
- Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives
- Conduct research and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies
- Provide support in the processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks
