We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to managers on team management skills, employee relations, and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and database maintenance
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR management role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
