In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide guidance and support to managers on team management skills, employee relations, and compliance issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and database maintenance
• Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs
• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR management role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
