Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gather necessary onboarding documentation and information.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities.
- Organize monthly and quarterly performance reviews on time.
- Manage and process monthly payroll in coordination with attendance records.
- Drive and manage the entire employee life cycle, from entry procedures to exit procedures and full & final settlement.
- Ensure compliance across all HR-related processes.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare various HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience/relieving letters, salary revision letters, PF letters, travel letters, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage joining formalities, document verification, filing, and EMP ID creation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for final discussions, conduct HR discussions including salary negotiation, and close positions.
- Release preliminary offers (online via app or email).
- Conduct pre-employment background verification (BGV).
- Resolve issues related to PF, UAN, and ESI.
- Update daily/monthly leave records and manage the Leave Management System.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
