In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to talent acquisition and administrative management. You will play a crucial part in shaping our company's culture and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Administrative Management - Oversee HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits
- Talent Acquisition Strategy - Collaborate with the hiring team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent to meet the company's needs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in HR-related software and tools, such as HRIS and payroll systems
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a customer-centric mindset
