About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and performance reviews. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure our company's HR policies and practices align with our strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to termination and offboarding
  • Oversee the payroll management process, including benefits administration and compliance
  • Conduct employee screening and interviews to identify top talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, such as performance management and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address human resources needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar role
  • Proficient in payroll management and employee screening processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
