As a Jewelry Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our exquisite jewelry collection. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in Polki sales, Jewellery sales, and Counter sales to create a seamless and memorable shopping experience for our valued customers. With a focus on Customer Handling, you will showcase your passion for the industry and your ability to guide customers towards the perfect pieces that cater to their unique preferences and style.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers, guiding them through our diverse jewelry collection
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are attractive and accessible
• Actively participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, designs, and features
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective selling techniques and cross-selling opportunities
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with inventory management and restocking tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in Jewelry sales or a related retail environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Polki sales, Jewellery sales, and Counter sales
• Excellent customer handling skills with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of our jewelry collection
• Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a OnSite environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor
