About the Job

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs for mechanical components and assemblies
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
• Conduct design reviews and failure mode analyses to identify and mitigate potential issues
• Develop technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals
• Participate in project planning and problem-solving to optimize design and manufacturing processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical design or a similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and sheet metal design
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
