About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Life Insurance Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving the growth of our life insurance business. As a strategic leader, you will develop and implement sales strategies, set performance goals, and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Effectively manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to help them reach their full potential.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and negotiate favorable terms to secure new contracts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and underwriting, to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficient in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of the life insurance industry, products, and regulatory environment.
