We are seeking a skilled and experienced Live Streaming professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live streaming services, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for our audience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and manage live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and production software
• Coordinate with content creators and production teams to ensure smooth and successful live streaming events
• Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues during live streams, and provide timely solutions
• Optimize video and audio quality to deliver a professional and polished live streaming experience
• Assist in the planning and execution of live streaming strategies, including scheduling, promotion, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze viewership data and provide insights to improve future live streaming initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in the use of live streaming software and equipment, such as OBS, Streamlabs, or Restream
• Strong telecalling skills to coordinate with content creators and production teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Familiarity with video editing and post-production tools is a plus
• Passion for live streaming and a keen eye for delivering a high-quality viewing experience
