About the Job

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to drive innovation and solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and efficient machine learning solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address a wide range of business problems
• Implement deep learning techniques for tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to identify and define machine learning requirements
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing ( NLP ), and evaluate their applicability to the business
• Contribute to the development of LLM Models and Applications to enhance the company's product offerings
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning development
• Proficient in Python and its machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of natural language processing ( NLP ) techniques and their applications
• Expertise in developing and deploying LLM Models and Applications
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
