About the Job

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and strategies. This dynamic position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly blend creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote the company's products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, while also developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote the company's offerings and increase market share
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a marketing or sales-related role
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing management, including strategy development and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in sales expertise, with the ability to identify and qualify leads
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with sales and business development processes
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns
