About the Job

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) technology stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with the front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between the client and server
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the MERN stack ecosystem

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6 and beyond
• Hands-on experience with React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building server-side applications
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for data modeling and management
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for building responsive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and scalability
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
