• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of mobile phone products and accessories
• Proficient in handling cash and electronic payment transactions
