About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Mother Toddler Facilitator to join our team. In this part-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities for toddlers and their mothers, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for their growth and development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate interactive, age-appropriate activities for toddlers and their mothers, such as arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by maintaining a clean, organized, and secure environment
• Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers, addressing their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with mothers to understand and address the unique needs of each child
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the program and participants
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by providing feedback and suggestions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with toddlers and their mothers
• Strong creative designing skills to develop engaging and educational activities
• Speaks fluent English and has the ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Has worked with children before, with a demonstrated understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and well-being of toddlers and their families
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow established policies and procedures
