About the Job

We are seeking a passionate Organic Certification Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining certifications, audits, documentation, and traceability for our Himalayan organic food brand. As the Organic Certification Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end organic certification processes, coordinating with certification bodies, and ensuring compliance with NPOP, NOP, and EU organic standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end organic certification processes (NPOP, NOP, EU standards)
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audits, inspections & renewals
• Maintain compliance documentation and internal SOPs
• Monitor supply chain traceability and organic integrity
• Liaise with farmers, processors & internal teams for certification requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organic standards and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience working with organic/agri/FMCG sectors
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
