Job Responsibilities:

2. Quality Control
– Monitor the packing process, identify and resolve issues, and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
3. Inventory Management
– Oversee inventory of packaging materials, ensuring adequate supply levels are maintained.
4. Staff Supervision
– Train and supervise packing staff to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
5. Documentation & Reporting
– Maintain accurate records of packaging activities and generate required reports.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
– Collaborate with departments such as production, quality control, and shipping to ensure smooth workflows.
7. Continuous Improvement
– Identify and implement improvements to packaging processes and operational efficiency.
8. Safety Compliance
– Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
9. Order Fulfillment
– Pull, pack, weigh, and label products according to customer order specifications.
