Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PLC programs for various automation systems and machinery.
• Collaborate with engineers to design control systems that meet project specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC systems to ensure seamless operation and minimize downtime.
• Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on PLC functions and system operation.
• Maintain documentation of all programming changes, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Traveling to customer end for commissioning or troubleshooting for program developed by self.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in PLC programming, including hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other specific PLC brands.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• SACDA - WinCC or Factory Talkview will be added advantage.
