About the Job

As a Portfolio Manager at Investor Arena Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients interested in real estate investment. This is a target-based role that requires strong sales ability, market understanding, and client handling skills. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, conducting site visits, and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients interested in real estate investment (residential or commercial)
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures
• Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
• Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/advisory
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and performance-oriented
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
