About the Job:

The Pre-Sales Executive position is a crucial role in the real estate sector, responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a good understanding of real estate offerings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and other relevant information to potential customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels like cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the lead database using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate site visits for interested clients and gather feedback post-visits.
  • Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and marketing materials.
  • Stay informed about project developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Real Estate or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service, especially in the real estate sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
