Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy, and engaging Primary Online Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to young learners in a virtual classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching primary grades, a passion for child development, and the ability to effectively use online platforms to create an interactive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

NOTE :

• Only for freshers 2023/24/ 25 passing out batch.
• Graduation degree must.
• JOB LOCATION : REMOTE
• Salary - INR 580000 annually
• Candidate is required to have their own 4k webcam and good noise cancellation pc headphones.
• Equipment are mandatory from Day 1 of joining, old and borrowed laptops will not be allowed to use for official work.
• Candidate can claim reimbursement if bought their system/mobile from AMAZON on corporate basis.
• Excellent communication skills are must (Don’t apply if your English communication is poor or average).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver online lessons for students in primary grades (typically ages 5–11), aligned with the national or international curriculum.
• Use a variety of digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Seesaw) to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including English language learners and students with special needs.
• Assess and track student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing regular feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
• Foster a positive and safe online classroom culture that encourages student participation and respect.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching license or certification (as applicable in your region).
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience teaching primary-level students, preferably in an online setting.
• Proficient in using online teaching platforms and educational technology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching young children.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, Cambridge Primary, or Common Core) is a plus.
• Ability to integrate multimedia and interactive resources into lessons.
