Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the product development process, including research, analysis, and feature prioritization
• Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and help define the strategic direction of our SaaS offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery and user-centric experiences
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Support the product management and product roadmap processes, including documentation and reporting
• Assist in the product lifecycle management activities, such as testing, launching, and iterating on product features
