Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Associate PM, ideally with full product lifecycle ownership (2–4 years).
Strong soft skills: communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical fluency: comfort working with development teams and familiarity with web/SAAS
Data-driven approach: able to analyze metrics, use analytics tools (SQL, dashboards), and make informed decisions.
