About the Job

As a Project Manager - Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing and retail initiatives. This position will be the backbone of our process management, coordinating between teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and activations. You will work closely with stakeholders across various verticals, including Brand, Retail Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, and External Partners, to bring our marketing vision to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers for campaigns, retail activations, and partnerships.
• Coordinate across teams (marketing, retail ops, design, e-commerce, agencies) to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress, flag risks, and problem-solve to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day logistics such as vendor coordination, approvals, and deployment of creatives/VM.
• Share regular status updates, recaps, and performance reports with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and quality in campaign rollouts across stores, digital, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in consumer brand companies.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
