Key Responsibilities:

-    Assist in performing quality inspections at various stages of production.

-    Support in testing of finished toys for durability, safety, and compliance with standards like BIS, EN 71, ASTM, ISO.

-    Maintain inspection reports, quality logs, and help update non-conformance records.

-    Ensure that defective materials or products are properly documented and reported to the QC Incharge.

-    Help in sample collection for internal and third-party lab testing.

-    Support incoming material checks to ensure they meet specifications.

-    Maintain clean and organized QC records for audit and compliance purposes.

-    Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality checkpoints are followed.

-    Participate in training sessions related to quality and safety standards.

 Root Cause Analysis & Improvement:

-    Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

-    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality.

Inspection & Testing:

-    Conduct physical inspection and functional testing of toys to identify defects or safety hazards.

-    Manage lab testing and documentation of results, including mechanical, flammability, and chemical tests.
