We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
