About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing the entire sales cycle, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the key point of contact.
  • Negotiate sales, costs, deliverables, and contract terms with buyers and business executives.
  • Respond to customer queries, handle objections, and offer tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
