Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert new clients
- Proactively prospect and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
