Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, lead generation, and market analysis
- Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Continuously develop your sales skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills to stay ahead of the competition
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
- Proficient in sales and business development, B2B sales, and sales expertise
- Adept at negotiation skills and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM management and market analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
