Job Description
- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Support the senior sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, events, and site visits.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
- Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent) with a keen interest in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools will be an advantage.
