About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team at Bharat & Co. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of our real estate projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and client handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance tracking
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with relevant real estate regulations and compliance requirements
