Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new prospects through Lead Generation and effective B2C Sales techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive Sales and Business Development
- Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the team's success and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address sales challenges
- Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis software
- Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation, B2C Sales, and Sales and Business Development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
