We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Persons to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our steel doors and windows business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the target regions
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Demonstrate and showcase our product offerings to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate new leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent product knowledge of steel doors and windows
- Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the target regions
