About the Job
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager / General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our B2B sales operations, digital marketing strategies, and project-based lighting solution initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the lighting industry and a strong track record in handling B2B customers, online/digital marketing, and project sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth in lighting products and solutions.
- Identify, target, and convert B2B leads and large project clients.
- Handle end-to-end project sales from lead generation to closing and execution.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and content campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to offer customized lighting solutions.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and present KPIs and revenue forecasts to top management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Marketing background preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in the lighting or allied industries.
- Strong knowledge of lighting solutions, product lines, and applications.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Strong B2B network and experience working with architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for revenue targets.
