SGDC India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Mechanic to be responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of golf carts and turf care machinery at customer sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, automobile, and electrical systems, as well as hands-on field service experience to ensure smooth machine operations with minimal downtime.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of golf carts and turf care machinery
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and resolve them efficiently
• Replace spare parts and ensure proper functioning of machines
• Maintain service records and reports
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules
• Follow safety norms and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service and maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, automobile, and electrical systems
• Hands-on field service experience in maintaining golf carts and turf care machinery
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
