Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day social media content creation, including the development of visually appealing and engaging posts across multiple platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize content, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated social media campaigns that support broader marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company's online presence remains relevant and impactful
- Manage and grow the company's online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful connections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficient in using Canva or other graphic design tools to create visually appealing social media content
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand social media copy
- Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize social media performance
- Highly creative and able to generate innovative ideas to enhance the company's social media presence
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
