About the Job

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist at Vision and Vitality Center, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating a wide range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. You will work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to individuals with special needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) based on diagnosis and client needs
• Conduct therapy sessions for conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech Delay & Language Disorders, ADHD/ADD, Stuttering/Stammering, Down Syndrome, Articulation and Phonological Disorders
• Maintain documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Optometrists, Behavioral Therapists)
• Educate and counsel parents and caregivers about therapy goals and home strategies
• Participate in workshops, awareness camps, and parent training programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Speech and Hearing / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP)
• RCI Registration (preferred or in process)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
