About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging language training programs to help our clients improve their English communication skills. You will work closely with learners to assess their needs, develop customized curriculum, and facilitate interactive sessions that foster language proficiency and confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Training and Mentoring - Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to help learners enhance their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities in English.
• Curriculum development - Create and continuously refine training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to cater to the diverse needs of our learners.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their language learning goals.
• Collaborate with the training team to share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of learner progress and training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Spoken English Trainer or Language Instructor.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong teaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive, learner-centric training programs.
• Expertise in curriculum development and the ability to create customized learning materials.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality training experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
