Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hiring top talent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Hiring and Recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Talent Acquisition & Assessment methodologies.
  • Prior hiring experience in GCC countries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide Employee Experience Expertise to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be a plus.
