Job Description – Recruitment Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 6–8 months (minimum 3 months compulsory)

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Perks: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) post 3 months

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Interns to join our team at Headsup Corporation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for individuals who wish to restart their career or gain practical experience in talent acquisition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals (especially Naukri)
• Shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and coordinate interview schedules
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and maintain candidate databases
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and timely hiring
• Contribute to recruitment-related reports and daily progress trackers

Candidate Preferences

• Prior recruitment experience (internship or full-time) is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sourcing through Naukri and other job platforms
• Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in talent acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
