About the Job

We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous service to customers
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
