We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous service to customers
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
